Description

In this 19th-century murder mystery, dark events follow the marriage of the wealthy Lord Montbarry and his wicked new wife, the mysterious Countess Narona. One month after their marriage, Lord Montbarry dies in suspicious circumstances, in his decrepit mansion in Venice. His home is later transformed into a magnificent hotel, but strange things begin to happen in room 14 – the same room in which Lord Montbarry died. It’s impossible to get a good night’s sleep there – there’s a strange smell, disturbances in the night and ghostly visions. What is going on?
