Description
This story is based on true events. It’s April, 1912, and 18-year-old Charlotte and her aunt Elizabeth are sailing from New York to Europe on the Carpathia. They are both very excited. But the adventure turns to tragedy when the Carpathia receives the shocking news that the luxury British steamship, the ‘unsinkable’ Titanic, has hit an iceberg and is in danger. The ship is going down and there aren’t enough lifeboats for all the passengers. The Carpathia is the nearest ship in the area and must help. Through Charlotte’s eyes, we experience the atmosphere aboard the Carpathia as they start to sail through dangerous waters to rescue the passengers of the Titanic. Will they arrive in time to save the men, women and children in the freezing water?
