These are the stories of Dutch painter Vincent van Gogh, Spanish painter and sculptor Pablo Picasso and American artist Andy Warhol. All three artists were very different in style, but shared certain characteristics: they all dared to try something new and to be different. They weren’t influenced by the art world’s reaction to their work, even when reactions were negative or critical.
