Description
Englishman Rudolf Rassendyll travels to Ruritania for the coronation of his distant cousin, Rudolf V. There, Rassendyll discovers that he and the future King look extremely similar. Soon, he becomes involved in royal intrigues. The King’s evil brother, Prince Michael, tries to prevent the coronation ceremony. He drugs and imprisons his brother in his castle in Zenda. Rassendyll must save the situation by taking the King’s place. But how long can he keep pretending to be king? Can he fool everybody, including the beautiful Princess Flavia, the King’s fiancée? And can his loyal servants rescue Rudolf V from the prison in Zenda before it’s too late?
